1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Sole Proprietor Aleynikova Irina Timofeevna
(hereinafter the "Administration") and the user of the Sportedge service (hereinafter the "User", "You").
1.2. The Sportedge service (hereinafter the "Service") provides informational notifications about odds movements in the live lines of licensed Russian bookmakers for football and other matches, through the Telegram bot @sportedge_ai_bot and the website sportedge-ai.ru
1.3. By starting to use the Service (registering in the bot, paying for a subscription, receiving notifications), you confirm that:

4.2. Payment is made through payment systems (T-Bank, SBP, bank cards).
All payments are processed by third-party certified services.
4.3. After successful payment, access is activated automatically within 5 minutes.

8.2. Copying, distribution, modification or commercial use of the materials of the Service without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited.
9.1. The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the
Privacy Policy published on the website sportedge-ai.ru
10.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment the Service is first used and remains in force indefinitely.
10.2. The Administration is entitled to amend this Agreement unilaterally.
The new version enters into force upon publication on the website.
10.3. Continued use of the Service after amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11.1. All disputes are settled through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute
is referred to the court at the location of the Administration (Donetsk).
11.2. The relationship between the parties is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
