Offer - this document, being a public proposal by Sole Proprietor Aleynikova Irina Timofeevna (hereinafter the "Provider") to conclude a contract for the provision of information services.
Acceptance - full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer by paying for the selected plan.
Customer - a natural person aged 18 or over who has accepted the terms of the Offer and paid for the services.
Service - the Sportedge information system, available through the website sportedge-ai.ru and the Telegram bot @sportedge_ai_bot
Services - the provision of access to automatic notifications about odds movements in the live lines of licensed Russian bookmakers for football matches.
2.1. The Provider undertakes to grant the Customer access to the Service on the terms of the selected plan, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The services are provided in electronic form through the Telegram bot after the subscription has been activated.
2.3. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Customer pays for the selected plan (acceptance of the offer).
3.1. To obtain access to the Service, the Customer:

3.4. One subscription is valid for one Telegram account only. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
4.1. The price of the services is set by the current plans published
on the website sportedge-ai.ru, in the Plans tab.
4.2. Payment is made in Russian roubles (RUB) through the payment systems
integrated into the website.
4.3. The Provider is entitled to change the prices of the plans by giving Customers at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Price changes do not apply to periods already paid for.
4.4. Not subject to VAT (the sole proprietor applies the simplified taxation system).

6.1. A refund is only possible within 24 hours of payment, provided that the Customer has not activated the subscription (and has not followed the link in the Telegram bot).
6.2. Once the subscription has been activated, no refund is made, in accordance with Art. 32 of the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (exception for digital services rendered in full).
6.3. To request a refund, send a request to the Telegram bot support stating:
6.4. Refunds are issued to the same payment instrument used for the original payment, within 5-10 business days.
6.5. No refund is made in the following cases:
7.1. For failure to perform or improper performance of obligations, the parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. The maximum liability of the Provider is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the current subscription period.
7.4. The Customer is solely responsible for their own actions taken on the basis of information received through the Service.
8.1. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations if this is caused by circumstances of force majeure: natural disasters, military action, changes in legislation, blocking by government authorities, etc.
8.2. The party for which performance has become impossible must notify the other party within 3 business days.
9.1. The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website sportedge-ai.ru. 9.2. By paying for the services, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of performing this contract.
10.1. This Offer enters into force upon publication on the website and remains in force until it is withdrawn by the Provider.
10.2. The Provider is entitled to amend the terms of the Offer unilaterally. The new version enters into force upon publication on the website.
10.3. The Customer undertakes to monitor changes to the terms of the Offer independently.
Continued use of the Service after amendments have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11.1. All disputes and disagreements are settled through negotiation.
11.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the location of the Provider (Donetsk, Russian Federation).
11.3. The relationship between the parties is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
